where individuals and businesses network, educate and co-work
Our stunning event and coworking hub has a history we are proud to share with you.
Our Gothic house dates back to 1407
After the fire of Lesser Town, the house was rebuilt in 1541. In 1712-13 the Renaissance façade was covered by the Baroque facade of architect František Maxmilián Kaňka. At that time, Baroque trusses and roofs were also made. The last substantial modifications were made in the 1920s, when a reinforced concrete terrace was built instead of a stable in the back yard of the house, and a garden was built on it. The house is referred to as the Little Chernivtsi Palace or the Sternegg Palace
